Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Silverleaf Sewing Co. We would like your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. Please find below the shipping and returns policies. 

Shipping Policy 

Purchasing a special something online is an exciting time, particularly when you live rurally. Once you have ordered with Silverleaf Sewing Co, I will do my best to pack & post your goods as soon as practical.

That being said, living rurally has its limitations with the main one being the price of postage can be more costly than urban regions. The shipping costs include postage & packaging and have been kept low. 

​

At times I do travel to Goondiwindi, Moree and Toowoomba and can offer drop-off service. If you email me before placing your order at silverleafsewingco@gmail.com, I can let you know if I will be going to those locations and you will be able to select the 'Local Pickup/Delivery' option.

If you live locally at Mungindi, please select the 'Local Pickup/Delivery' and we can organise a time to deliver your purchase. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $12.50 excluding large orders.

Shipping of large orders will be invoiced separately, please contact us at silverleafsewingco@gmail.com for an estimate shipping price for large orders or to arrange local Pickup / Delivery. 

Returns policy

The goal at Silverleaf Sewing Co is to have a happy customer and enjoy their purchase, it is important to us that your product arrives in good order and undamaged. Please keep in mind given we are a small business purchased products will not be refunded because of change of mind.

If you are unhappy with the condition that your item/(s) have arrived in, please contact us at silverleafsewingco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your description as to why you are dissatisfied, and we will help to organise a replacement or refund (less shipping costs). Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
